How it began

What began as a brainstorming session from a handful of Detroit entrepreneurs around a card table in 1996, has evolved into a worldwide collaborative effort of hundreds of colleagues. Ramsond’s goal, as it was then, and remains: To create a better design function on existing product lines and devices that can enrich our customers' lives. Ramsond's innovative products span various areas of interest, including power generation (including alternative power), air conditioning systems, air tools, water filtration systems, metal fabricating systems and most recently the acquisition of Merato Scooters to add to our diverse inventory of products. We design our products with the customer in mind by sidestepping the technical stress and difficult operating of state of the art equipment with user friendly, easy to use, logical options, intuitive support features, and skilled response technicians.

At Ramsond designs, manufactures, markets, and sells our products ourselves.
