September 18 , 2009 , Press Release- Ramsond Corporation announces the first successful installation of its Da Vinci wind/solar hybrid lighting system in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Ramsond Corporation provided this system as a donation to the Township of West Bloomfield. The cost of this donation is estimated at $12,000-$14,000.

August 14 , 2009, Press Release- Ramsond Corporation today announces that it has secured orders for production of 1500 units of Ramsond DaVinci Wind/Solar lighting systems. The units are scheduled for shipment to the United Arab Emirates in early 2010.

April 2 , 2009 , Press Release- Ramsond Corporation today announces the launch of its production facilities in Detroit, Michigan for the production of its Da Vinci wind turbines and hybrid lighting systems. Parts of the production will also be outsourced to outfits in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

January 1, 2009 , Press Release - Ramsond Corporation announces that talks have been completed concerning the acquisition of DYNATRONICS IMAGING CORP. Dynatronics, for years, has been a leader in manufacturing portable medical x-ray imaging products. The acquisition of Dynatronics by Ramsond is the first step towards the launch of Ramsond's medical imaging division, which should by all estimates be completed before the end of first quarter 2009. Ramsond's new medical imaging division will focus mainly on production and marketing of high tech, advanced and innovative medical imaging products, such as mobile x-ray units, portable C-Arm and angiography equipment.

December 30 , 2008, Press Release - Ramsond Corporation today announced the launch of its new series of welding and metal fabricating products. The long awaited launch of its new DY and PY series plasma cutting and welding products officially began today. The new Ramsond DY series plasma cutting and welding tools are the upgraded and more advanced versions of the previous DX and P series which have been successfully marketed since 2006.

November 18 2008, Press Release -Ramsond Corporation today announced the acquisition of Merato Motors LLC. Merato, a Detroit based company, produces highly efficient and uniquely designed motor scooters and personal transportation devices. The Director of the new Ramsond Motors Division, David Dowling, expressed that “this exciting acquisition is in line with Ramsond's goals of providing unique and environmentally friendly products to the consumers at highly affordable prices." Mr. Dowling refused to comment about the price tag of this private acquisition, but many observers estimate figures of $12-14 million.

September 3, 2008, Press Release Ramsond Corporation announces the successful filing of its patent for its line of small size wind turbines. The new Ramsond Tesla series wind turbines are the most efficient wind turbines available in the market with a range of 600 W to 3000 Watt of output power. Ramsond announced that the estimated date of delivery of its first orders is scheduled for the first quarter of 2009.
